Lorraine Lachapelle, Senior Vice President Client Services

Lorraine Lachapelle is responsible for guiding the vision and management of client facing initiatives and objectives for Navigator Lending Solutions.

In 1990, Lorraine started her career as a dedicated mortgage professional in a credit union.  She continued her expansion of leadership activities through Management Action Programs, a business leadership and management performance program.  Lorraine then started Mortgage Consulting for Financial Institutions and developed several mortgage fulfillment centers as an Independent Mortgage Banker and within Financial Institutions.

During her credit union tenure, she developed the “People Helping People” philosophy which created her service level expectations as a core foundation for running an organization.  She has a passion for providing superior service levels to members/borrowers and believes that a home loan is the biggest investment a person can make in one’s lifetime. She understands that service is not a “slogan”, but it is a Value Discipline, and all employees must share that passion.

Lorraine has been active in CUES, ACUMA, MBA, and League Trade Associations.

Christopher Leppert, Vice President

Christopher Leppert is responsible for all day-to-day business operations and staff oversight.  This includes the supervision of new client implementations, training, and fulfillments service team delivery.

Christopher brings more than 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry serving in roles such as owner/broker, management, processing, origination, closing, quality reviews, and is an NMLS federal course approved trainer.

Prior to joining NavPros, Christopher was servicing manager and modification specialist with Bank of America. Prior to that he was the owner of Mortgage Equity Lenders, LLC for over 10 years. During that time, he grew M.E.L. to over 60 employees across 5 States. He instilled a high-performance culture company-wide, which resulted in the continued growth of sales & profits by training program development that supported key business objectives and sustained sales goals.  He also leveraged his experience of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines, while overseeing the development of the annual operating and capital budget.

Christopher is currently a licensed NMLS member and has an active license in multiple states.
